Sponsorship is a program, whereby companies, institutions or organizations may take the opportunity to promote their products and services throughout ASOMEX schools, in exchange for a sponsor fee.
The sponsorship period will be for one year beginning on the date of registration.
The fee for ASOMEX Sponsors is $ 700 USD
Sponsor information is sent to all ASOMEX school directors.
The sponsor receives all ASOMEX directors’ information.
Sponsor information is included in the ASOMEX webpage.
Sponsor is presented and recognized in directors' meetings.
The sponsor may place a stand in the directors' meetings to display products or services.
Chat with interested directors.
Sponsors may wish to show extra support by sponsoring a meal or a break during conferences and workshops, or to provide support for speakers and materials needed. ASOMEX will acknowledge the sponsor´s generosity among the attendees.
The sponsor should contact the host school organizing the directors meeting at least two months in advance. Exhibit details will be handled individually by ASOMEX member host schools.
Procedure for becoming a Sponsor
All registrations to become a sponsor should be channeled to the ASOMEX Treasurer, Jorge Alanís and copied to Lorena Diaz, to whom the registration form and payment should be sent, either by courier or electronically. The registration information is available below.
Upon confirmation as a sponsor, the Treasurer will send the ASOMEX Member School Directory to the sponsor and send the sponsor's information to the ASOMEX schools directors. In addition, the company´s information will be included in the directory of ASOMEX SPONSORS, which will be published each school year and distributed to all Directors and Sponsors.
